That’s a wrap on the 2020 Spring Parade of Homes! June’s Parade seemed to fly by, but our team had a blast interacting with and hearing feedback from all those who attended. Didn’t get a chance to tour our homes during the Spring Parade? Don’t fret! You can tour a Dabbert Custom Home at any time of the year. Here’s what to know about our year-round home tours!
Homes Available to Tour
Any of the homes listed on the “buy now” page of our website are available for an in-person tour. Once you’ve found a home that you’d like to visit, get in touch with our team and we can schedule a convenient time for you to take a peek. In addition to in-person tours, we also offer virtual home tours. With just a few clicks, you can easily explore our available floor plans and inventory homes. Visit the “virtual tours” page on our website and select any of the listed home designs to take a tour from the comfort of your own home.
How to Prepare for Your Home Tour
You don’t need to bring anything with you on the day of your tour, but we suggest taking some time to prepare. If you haven’t done so already, take some time to do a little research. Start by checking out our design library to get a feel for the different floor plans we offer. Next, make a wish list of the features you’d like to have in your new home. Knowing what you do or don’t like upfront can make the process much easier.
What Can You Expect When Touring a Dabbert Custom Home?
Aside from a beautifully built home, there are a few things you can expect to experience during your tour: quality craftsmanship, transparency, and expert guidance.
When touring a model home, it can be easy to get distracted by the cosmetic details. Don’t get us wrong, we love beautiful finishes and fancy furnishes just as much as everyone else but at Dabbert Custom Homes, those elements are just icing on the proverbial cake. What really sets us apart is our exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. When you buy or build with Dabbert, you can rest assured that your home will stand up to the test of time.
With Dabbert Custom Homes, there are no hidden surprises when it comes to pricing. We provide prices for our model homes upfront, so you know exactly how much the home and its upgrades, if any, cost. You can focus on the details, both big and small, without getting sidetracked by extra costs.
Buying or building a new home can be an overwhelming experience. Our team is there to simplify the process, so don’t be afraid to ask questions during your home tour. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about the home, the communities we build in, and our building process.
The Dabbert Custom Homes team is committed to our guests’ safety, and we have adjusted our home tour procedures to help curb the spread of COVID-19. For the time being, we ask that guests enter through the garage, where we have installed a handwashing station and hand sanitizer. We also provide booties and face masks for added safety and convenience.
Whether you’re looking to purchase a move-in ready home or start the discovery phase for building, we’ve got you covered.
